have "In House" expertise to assist in all facets of finance from credit
assistance to financing, all in one stop. There are many loan programs to
fit nearly every financial need. Loan applications are typically done from
your home or work at your convenience, on evenings or weekends, with loan
pre-approvals typically available in just 24 to 48 hours.

What warranties are included with the purchase of my new Roma
Home?
We cover you from top to bottom for the first year and offer a Ten-Year
Insured Transferable Structural Warranty. The guidelines to qualify for this
warranty are so strict that only 1% of builders nationwide qualify to offer
it. Requirements include not only superior building materials and
workmanship, but financial management and customer satisfaction as well.
2-10 Homebuyers Warranty, which provides the insured warranty, is one of the
largest construction insurance companies in the country.

How long will it take before I am in my new home?
There are times when we have homes immediately available to move in. Our
commitment is to produce the highest level of quality is in our homes and we
won’t compromise on this. We understand how important time is and we respect
that. Typically, our construction cycle takes 90 days so depending on when
you purchase your home, the time until you are having your first family
dinner will vary.
